Privacy Policy

Last updated 1 September 2026

This policy covers the YQforMeds.com pre-launch website only. YQ is not yet open, so the only personal data we collect here is the email address you choose to give us when you join the waitlist. When YQ launches we will publish a fuller policy covering the service itself.

Who we are

YQ Health Ltd is the data controller for the information described in this policy. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 17430919. You can reach us at hello@yqformeds.com.

What we collect

We do not ask for your name, date of birth, address, or any health information on this website, and you should not send it to us. Nothing you submit here is treated as a medical enquiry.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your email address for one purpose: to let you know when YQ launches, and to share occasional updates about that launch. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. We use service providers who process it on our behalf under contract:

These providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on the transfer safeguards permitted under UK data protection law, such as the International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until YQ launches and we have told you about it, or until you ask us to remove it — whichever comes first. If YQ does not launch, we will delete the waitlist.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. The fonts are served from our own domain, so loading this page makes no requests to third-party services.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent. To exercise any of these, email hello@yqformeds.com and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
