What this website is
This is a pre-launch page. It exists so that you can register interest in YQ and be told when we launch. No service is being offered or sold here, and joining the waitlist does not create any contract between us, reserve anything for you, or guarantee that you will be able to use YQ.
No medical advice
Nothing on this website is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for consulting a qualified healthcare professional. Do not use this website to seek help with a health concern. If you need medical advice, speak to your GP or pharmacist. If it is urgent, call NHS 111. In an emergency, call 999.
The waitlist
Please submit only your own email address, and only one you are able to receive mail at. We may remove entries that appear to be automated, duplicated, or submitted in bad faith. You can ask to be removed at any time by emailing hello@yqformeds.com. How we handle your email address is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Changes and availability
YQ is in development. We may change what we plan to offer, change these terms, or take this website down, at any time and without notice. We do not promise that the website will always be available or free of errors.
Our brand and content
The YQ name, the YQ logo, and the text and design of this website belong to YQ Health Ltd or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written consent.
Liability
We provide this website as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it, or from any delay in launching YQ or any decision not to launch. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any right you have as a consumer to bring proceedings in your place of residence within the UK.
